Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we're here to help.

Return window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligible items: Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.

How to return: Email us at hello@themoderndenstore.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Refunds: Once your return is confirmed, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Sale items and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
